We are pleased to announce Canadian distributorship of Walt Smith's famous Reef Project Artisan made "Live Rock" coming to you direct from Fiji.

This amazing rock is available in several different styles and two versions. The styles available are Honeycomb, Lace, Branch, Cave and Shelf. The versions available are a dry version that has never been in the ocean and a live version that has spent up to 18 months in the ocean and is covered in life. The dry rock is fully air cured and ready for use in aquariums.

More information on the rock can be found at http://www.reefproject2.com

The Reef builders article can be found at http://reefbuilders.com/2015/09/10/w...dy-prime-time/

The Reef Project Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/reefproject2.0

The rock is available in 3 different size boxes. A 5Kg box for Nano tanks, a 10Kg Box for those "bigger" Nano Tanks and a 25Kg bulk box. The Nano Boxes come with smaller sized pieces that are suitable for aquascaping Nano tanks. The 25Kg Bulk boxes come with a variety of different styles of rock in the box.

There are many benefits to using this rock in your aquarium. For me, the biggest benefits are zero impact on the Reef and part of the proceeds of the sales of this rock go to support Reef Rehabilitation through the ADE project.

Cheers,
Tim

At this point the rock is sold by the box. Retail prices will vary depending on the amount of freight paid by the stores. It will be up to the stores whether they want to offer it by the lb.

Thanks Mindy.

I sent a sample to King Ed Pets for them to evaluate. Big Al's Aquarium Services in Edmonton is evaluating the product as well. Big Al's Aquarium Services in Calgary has the rock in stock.

I have sent you a PM.

Cheers,
Tim

I'll have to check it out next time I'm in Calgary.
Several trips to the Big Al's in Edmonton were just a waste of time.

No one there has any clue about Tim's products.
Not the rock. Not the Pacifica Plankton...nothing.
When you carefully explain what you're looking for, they act like you just farted in an elevator and become very condescending.

It's actually very refreshing to see so much arrogance completely uncluttered by all that pesky knowledge that other stores rely on.

Sorry to hear about all the problems your having finding my products. I have sent you a PM.

For everyone else. The following stores carry the Pacifica Plankton. Aquarium Illusions, Aquarium Central and Marine Experience. Aquarium Illusions carries and uses the Foz Down as well.

In Calgary Wai's Aquarium sells the Pacifica Plankton and Foz Down. Eli also sells the Foz Down.

The Walt Smith Reef Project 2.1 Artisan Made rock and the Ocean seeded Reef Project 2.0 Artisan Made rock are available direct from me.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Tim
