bounce mushroom aka st thomas mushrooms

was looking at those bounce mushrooms selling for 600 to over 1000 each and realized i once had a rock of these bought from kinged pets that i managed to grow to 30 to 40 polyps. anyway looked back at my gallery and there are still pics or two of these shrooms. damn if i only knew wouldn't have chuck that mushroom rock out into the yard.

How long did it take to grow 30 to 40 heads ?

as i recall originally had 5 to 6 polyps ended up completely covering rock after 4 or so years. should have chiesel couple off but then i only heard of namesake bounce mushrooms very short while ago.
