Brand New 6' Tank FS (Maple Ridge, BC)

BRAND NEW 112-gallon aquarium (72”L x 20”D x 18”T) with four overflows ($300).
Front: http://www.reefcube.outhouseinthemea...F0283.JPG.html
Side: http://www.reefcube.outhouseinthemea...F0284.JPG.html
o The tank is drilled in four places (see pictures) for 2" bulkheads through the bottom plate of glass. The placement of the holes is as listed in this diagram:
Sump Base Dimensions and Drain Locations: http://www.reefcube.outhouseinthemea...sions.jpg.html
o Two holes are located on one side/end,
o The other two holes are placed towards the back.
o The holes for the drains were set up to allow versatile placement of overflows if the tank was used a U-style room divided (overflows on one end), traditionally against a back wall. Having four overflows also allows the returns to be fed from under the tank instead of behind. Overflows all accommodate 2” bulkheads for added flow (2 7/8" holes).
o The placement of the overflows also allows the tank to be internally divided if so desired. I have all the custom cut glass pieces to internally divide this tank into a sump (can be included no charge).
o The tank is made from ½” glass bottom. 3/8" sides.
o Euro-bracing along length.
o I made a custom stand for the aquarium out of clear Douglas fir 4” x 4” timber with a 1” plywood top. This could come with the tank at N/C for whoever takes the tanks if they are interested.
o Made by Sea Star Aquarium Systems (Victoria, BC).
o Paid $741 (have the receipt). It was plumbed but never been filled.
o I am moving from a house to an apartment. I custom ordered this tank for a large built-in setup shortly before I decided to move (good idea huh?).
This is a re-post of an item from here (I am attempting to make the value of this tank more apparent):

For future reference you could always just say "bumpity" whenever your topic is "dead".

Too bad you are located in BC. THis is what I'm looking for.

Well I could always look into shipping it; perhaps we could split the costs.

I am just moving about 30 to 55 minutes closer to work (takes me about an hour). Maybe downtown Vancouver, North Burnaby, Port Moody. All nice places, but the equity in my current townhouse translates to a one or two bedroom apartment elsewhere. I haven't set any plans yet when exactly I am moving; depends on the housing market. Only the lovely people here on CanReef would consider a 260 gallon saltwater system built into the wall of their living room a 'feature' in a prospective house  . That's why I uninstalled everything out and I have sold it off. Before I leave I have to sell off all my really cool tools too (table saw, mortiser, shaper, etc), but that's for another bulletin board.

I am not getting out of the hobby, I am just going towards the nano end of the spectrum with an 18 or 20" cube tank on a tall pedestal with PFO LED lighting. Something like Fish's nanocube tank but with a sump. Anything else will be too big. My potential new apartment still has to accomodate all my tech diving gear to (spare bedroom/ den = equipment locker).
