What sould i do if i buy frags From some one in BC our Out of m'y province, the precaution's...

Precautions are from the shippers end. Need to ensure they are packed very well to keep the heat in, and ship with an expedited service. Also ensure they are picked up at the depot in the buyers city to avoid being on a delivery truck.
