Home hardware has an aquarium safe silicone. It's cheap and states clearly on the tube that it is aquarium safe. Available in clear and white. I think it's 10$ for 3 tubes. I have used it several times and with no issues.

If you can't wait 3 more days for stock, buying small tubes is your safest bet. There have been some issues recently with non-aquarium silicone. With that said, wait for the caulking gun-sized tubes. Much easier to work with for both control and your hands cramping ( besides the price ) |
I may not have a choice but to wait...

In the mail & on its way to you.
