Are you running the factory skimmer? Try turning off the skimmer and see if that works. If so, try this thread in regards to tuning the skimmer.

yea im running the factory skimmer , i guess the skimmer is the problem when my skimmer was off i didnt see any micro bubbles
on reef central says it takes 3 to 5 weeks for the skimmer to not make micro bubble anymore

thanks for the help

Mohammadali, Do you have ATO installed on your RSM? A huge factor with the micro bubbles in the RSM is the water level of the back compartments. Ensure you have this set at the recommended level. This will rid you of your micro bubble problem.

No i dont have ATO on , now the micro bubble is gone im happy
when the water level is low then i get micro bubble
now i have the heat problem , if i change my lighting to DIY LEDs do you think the water temp come lower ?

Yeah you have to go with leds or a chiller usually. I'm looking at different retrofit kits for the rsm250 (steve's, reefled, and rapidled) still undecided.
