Here are some pieces in our collection that we seldom frag have been growing the colonies out. All wild caught primarily Aussie but some cool taiwan pieces as well.

We have some frags ready to and more than happy to frag others if there is anyone interested.

I dont think its plana but i'm no expert I'll upload some photos with the polyps retracted so you can see the growth better

Desalwii has the same structure and coloring, but the polyps are brown. Here is a picture of a frag of mine:

ORA Pearlberry looks the same, but has the green polyps. So it could be this or something similar.
