Stock in a 60Gallon.

Current stock list is as follows:

Yellow watchman golby
1 black/white clown
1 true perc clown
1 2 spot bristle tooth tang
1 blue reef chromis

Also have some shrimp snails and an emerald crab.

I would really like to get a melanarus wrasse. How do you guys think my bioload is currently and if adding the melanarus is feasable?? If it is feasable do you think that would put me pretty much at the max in terms of bioload.

Oh and its a reef tank mix of lps/sps and a few softies all doing great.

I think you could have a lot more i think have 20 fish in my 150 but you have to remember if your skimmer is up to it and your doing enough water changes

I had 12 fish in a 46 gallon mixed reef with no issues for a year. Perhaps some info on your equipment? Sump, filtration, skimmer?

20 gallon sump with filter sock that is changed every other day skimmer is a Reef octopus nb110 and I perform weekly 10-12gallon water changes. Also run gfo and carbon reactors.

I would think you could add quite a few more fish

Hey Brad where's Wayne?

I'm interested to know as well. We have almost the same equipment. I don't run socks tho. And just gfo in mine. But I have 5 (soon to be 6) fish and I was getting worried about the bioload too. I've also only got maybe 35lbs. of live rock so that might be a factor in how much bioload my system can handle.
