technique of how to shoot wrasse?

I am having difficulties to shoot my neon wrasse any suggestion? its harder than shooting humming birds, I have only manage to get 2 shots out of 40, I had to use manual focus on my x-t2 with Zeiss touit 32mm 1.8 http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...pszvzbeh4q.jpghttp://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...psm9kurzdf.jpg

I thought you wanted to shoot the wrasse with a gun.

I was going to suggest taking it out of the tank before you do it.
