If you want to give this a try it worked for me, get a hotel bar of soap (the thin ones) and
put it under your bottom sheet where your pain is and sleep on it. but you have to leave it there. It helps any pain not just back pain. I know it sounds crazy, but just try and let me know how it works. :biggrin:

New commercial on TV "driving" me nuts. Guy gives his wife a new car. Both out on the driveway. The woman playing the wife is waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy overacting. (Not over reacting. Just plain overacting).
