Aquatronica and Oceanview Enterprises.
 
I have been trying to buy extra equipment for my Aquatronica controller and for the last three weeks it has been a nightmare. I noticed the aquatronicastore website is down but Oceanviews website still says they are a dealer and have supplies. The only problem is that I can get to the website but cannot navigate to any of the items even if I log on.


After a week of this I got Errico the owner on the phone and he said that they were having website issues but it would be working by Monday and that he would take my order then. Since then it is still not working and I cannot reach Errico on the phone no matter what time I call him or Oceanview.


Has anybody found a supplier for Aquatronica equipment? I called Italy and I think they said Oceanview is still a dealer (not sure due to bad english).


If I knew for certain that Aquatronica is dead in North America then I might order directly from Italy if the shipping is not horrendous or I might switch controllers.

News to me. Aquatronica were at the last couple Macna's. Today is a holiday in Canada, so maybe try Oceanview again tomorrow.

I will try again tomorrow but it has been at least a week that I have been calling them.


I know Aquatronica in the EU and Asia is fine. They just don't seem to be interested in the NA market anymore. It's a pity because the controller is just so reliable, accurate and feature rich.

Nope I am still getting an answering machine that is talking in French.
I am not sure what is up with Oceanview but it seems like it has not been open for the last few weeks.

It's in French so I have no idea!
I think it's from the Telco service and it sounds like it is saying the line is no longer in service or maybe the number has changed. Not sure but on listening to it again today I realized it's not an answering machine.


If any of you speak French please let me know what it is saying.

Ok I got through to Errico on his private line. He says the website is having an issue that should be fixed tomorrow. He also says he has kits and parts.
I have sent him a list of things I need and hopefully this will be resolved and I can get some of the AQT parts that I need.
