where can i find replacement glass shields for coralife??
 
anyone know and how much they are?? sick of not using my halides:P

Ask your local glass shop if they have ceramic glass, same stuff used in fireplace doors, it's rated for high temperature applications but be ready for sticker shock, it's usually pretty expensive.

I don't think that stuff is UV RESISTANT. If its a certain type metal halide bulb the glass sheilds needs this. I replaced mine with tempered low e glass. They also could only get 6 mill when I needed 5 mill. But it fit with some adjusting. Sorry for the crappy explanation I'm on my phone.

Literally Google glass installer or glazing Company. I think I paid like 20$ for 4 pieces. How long have you been running without your halides. Lol

long time, im running t5's now have been for 4 mths without halides, my t5's are plenty strong enough but i miss my halides:(
