Increase IP cam FPS

Well running the new apex dashboard is great, especially after integrating my dlink 930l into it.

Running inside the network i get a very good frame rate which i suppose would be expected. Accessing the dashboard outside my network the framerate drops considerably just like a refreshing a still image. Does this have to do with my ISP or router settings? Its not a huge deal but if i was able to boost it to 15fps or something id be alot happier. Any simple solutions?

upload speed is the most likely cause here, what resolution are you trying to stream?

Actually, can you post the specs of your computer system as well?

Yeah looking at those results i suspected the same thing, never realized how low my upload speeds actually were. Im currently streaming at 640x480 but I have issues even with lower resolutions. I figured I might as well have a clear picture at a lower frame rate than a blurry picture running smoother.
