Fixing a tank

So I had got a deal on a tank that was brand new but had a shipping.g error so I got a peice. Of glass and put it in its a 75 Gallon but I only put a massive bead on the inside of the tank not thing I should've glued the peice to the tank first will this raise a issue lol PS I actually used silicone not glue lol

You need to seal the 2 pieces of glass together before you put the inside corner bead in for sure. SO in other words yes it will cause a problem because there is nothing holding that piece of glass in.

If I'm reading this right, you're going to get a wet floor. The edges need to be siliconed together, then the corner sealed. Put it together the way it came apart..
