Drilling a redsea max 130
 
Just wondering if it is ok to drill the back of a redsea max so i can hook up a sump

there was some one on here who did i thnk. if i remember his name was
brent f. i remember because i had one at the time.

heres the thread but it looks like the pics are gone. if you read thru it may say if its drilled or not.

Thanks but it sounds like he is using an overflow box

Lifereef makes a good overflow box for the RSM. I had one when I owned an RSM and it worked flawlessly. They scare the crap out of a lot of people but if they are kept clean there is no reason they should fail. That way you don't have to drill any holes in your tank.
