The pump is being shipped by my wife as we speak, but to be honest I find it pretty low of you to reply on this post to try and ruin my credibility even after I told you i had a family emergency come up. I have deal with a lot of people over time here and never had a problem, maybe cool your jets a little bit.

It would appear I am the exception, which understandably happens sometimes. Just to be clear, I posted that message prior to hearing from Tony, and after having sent him money and not hearing from him for several days (over which we had agreed to communicate and I had sent three emails with no reply). I had also asked for a phone number in case something like this happened and had not been given one, so I could not call.
Tony has since gotten a hold of me and explained that something out of his control came up and has shipped my purchase out to me with upgraded shipping to make up for the delay. He did not have to do this and it was very good of him to do so, Thank you.
During the week, and after I had sent payment, I had sent three emails as well as PM's and had not got a response. I think that it was fair to post here given the circumstances. It was not an attempt to ruin anyones reputation, just a means of communicating where other means had failed.
