I'm using ascorbic acid powder from the pharmacy nothing added just straight powder.

I have been using sodium ascorbate from Iherb for a year and half now and it's doing a good job.

I don't dose a lot though, just a little and I started dosing nopox as well and the two seem to work well together.

Im not sure about the dosing amounts , but it will depend on if your using pure vC or flintstones chewables

LOL, I guess I'll have to go see what I can hunt up around here. I guess I can find some more "pure" stuff at the health food store?
