Anyone know of where I can get a Melanurus Wrasse in Metro Vancouver?

J&L, King Ed's, Ocean Aquatics and Aquariums Westdon't have any, who knows when they'll get more in.

Call Paul at Oceanic Corals, he brings lots of cool fish in quite often.

You need to leave a message and Paul always calls you back. Very nice guy to deal with, too bad he is too far away for me.

I was there today and he didnt have any that i saw but he does do special orders and can probably get one in .

I called both Richmond and Burnaby IPU's, and still nothing.

The ironic thing is that this isn't even a "rare" fish. Murphy's Law strikes again, whenever someone wants something, the something is never available when you want it.

Ken this is not a rare fish, but as I told you through text this fish gets big and hungry and may have a taste for clams, hermits, snails amongst other things.... A very spectacular fish and let me pet it but I believe it's too big for your tank. If you read the species of this fish you will know that it isn't friendly with other wrasses, best to stick to fairy.....

Duly noted, and just cancelled my order for one.

Instead, I picked up a few more Maxima's. :lol:

Haha! I think I was ahead of you before, I had 11 in my little BC29.

I just bought 5 Maxi's, so that'll put me back up to 10.

So I think I win the Clams per Gallon ratio. Haha! :twised:

I bought them from Snappy/Coral Master. He had 5 left, so I took all 5.

I may be parting with one of my Blue-Purple Crocea's that I've had for about a year. Unsure if I want to sell it or put it in my daughter's new tank.
