Show us your critters!
its been a while since anyone has started one of these threads.....
so how about some pics of creepy crawlies and and other things......such as crabs, snails, feather dusters, bristle worms, starfish, cucumbers, pods, etc etc.... so break out the macro shots and show us what ya got:biggrin: http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...2/IMGP5050.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...2/IMGP5019.jpg http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...2/IMGP4994.jpg |
This is by no means a macro shot (dont have the money for that ) but I have tonnes of these pods in my tank. I just found this particular one very interesting and persistent. I think it was building a burrow or doing "housecleaning" as there was another one under the frag disk and for as long as I could watch it would scoop up some sand with its front arms and carry it up to the top of the pile, drop if off, do a summersault and head back down just in time to watch the same sand fall back down. It would scoop it up again and head back up. This went on for as long as I could watch and what seemed like a week of monitoring. It was quite amusing. Nice shot on the duster.
