I came, I saw, i wish you were in Calgary :(

Yes, I know you said you'll ship but its tough these days as you never know what you're going to get in the mail.. like I could end up with half a giga-clam even though you've advertised one whole giga clam. :noidea:

if anybody else in etown wants to get in on this id be all over the dendro and maybe a lil more

lastlight 07-17-2010 05:00 AM

Holy crap. Can't you like...BRING all this stuff to Calgary and then sell? Drool-worthy collection!

Free shipping to Calgary with DOA coverage

OK so the wife will be driving to Calgary Saturday July 24th. I can arrange free shipping provided everyone can collaborate on a single drop off location. Everything will also have to be pre-paid prior to shipping.

The shipping time will only be 6 hours in a car and I will still pack in everything is styrofoam coolers. I will warranty DOA.

I've always coveted your gigas

What are his approximate dimensions? I suspect he's probably too big for my tank but I'm compelled to ask nevertheless. :)

Also I know someone who'd probably be interested and would have the space too. I'll let them know, they're on Canreef so they'll probably be in touch.

sphelps 07-17-2010 06:11 PM

The gigas is approximately 18" long, needs 12" width to open fully and is about 9" tall.

LIST IS UPDATED, SOME ITEMS SOLD

those clams are sick!
anyone from calgary driving out to vancouver?
no, seriously.

sphelps 07-17-2010 07:15 PM

I've decided the gigas clam must be sold locally, it's simply too large to ship or even transport a large distance.

Oh my god. Sphelps is having a sale on his corals and I'm 7000km away in Asia for another month. And he's leaving Saskatoon for Calgary.

What a cruel world.

Oh - and free bump :)
