WTB: Tunze Osmolator ATO - Auto Top Off
As the title states. Will pay shipping if need. :)
You should check out petcetera on 8th St, they might have some good deals with the close out liquidations petcetera is doing!
I will! Most of their stuff has such thin glass though!!
ttt.
Just looking for the ATO now.
Why not make one? I had a jbj, pure poo. My cheap $10 setup works better. A lot of people have had problems with the jbj.
Oh? I haven't heard that, thanks! I would definitely prefer the Tunze. :) I would make one, but I don't like making things. Too much like work. :p
Could just be my biased opinion based on the cost and problems I had... Then searching for other mishaps to fuel the fire ;) I got no experience with the tunze, but I was lookin for a replacement for the jbj, tunze was always recommended. Seriously though, for the $10 bucks spent and couple hundred saved, I'd even make it and ship it to ya. If you didn't like it, give it away... Atleast you would know right?
Well, thanks for the offer, but before you go and do that, could you send me (post) some details? Maybe I will try building it myself. :) I just don't like building things...too much like work.
Still looking for ATO.
To the top.
Try autotopoff.com. Way cheaper then the Tunze and pretty much ready to go (you have to supply a pump for the water; an aqualifter works well for that.)
I've used jbj, kent floats and tunze osmolator.
Tunze has the best ato system out of those three. Bullet proof. |
Ya, I have tossed around the idea of a DIY, or one of the cheaper float types, but I think the Tunze's really win the gold in this case. Salinity is pretty important.
important enough to bite the bullet and pay FULL PRICE :laluot_20:
? |
I'm getting close, but I buy all my equipment used. There is no piece of hardware on my tank that I bought new.
Bump.
Thanks!!!
