I f I recall, last summer was about equal on the enthusiasm meter. People found other things to do in the summer instead of reef things. I believe the best we did was a September meeting

count me in. Don't have much in the ways of frags, but would like to meet everyone

Yeah, good memory Brad.

I offered up a repeat last June of the first ever meeting which was held at my place the year before, complete with outdoor patio, BBQ, food.

Got about 4 people able to commit. Guess the summer is just too busy for people?

I'd be willing to host again sometime later this summer, but like you mentioned I think the chances of getting one organized before the fall will be pretty slim to none.

I'm in for a BBQ. No beef though. Just joking. :razz:

If we can pull something together I would be up for making a trip over.

I'll give the aquarium a call today and see what I can organize.

It will be in the summer and if its just me and a couple of others, that ok.

Will get back on their response later today.

Excellent, because I'm still keen on an aquarium tour!

Depending on date, I will attend...especially the aquarium tour...it has been a few years since I have been "behind the tanks"...

If something can be established, I will try and make it.

Received a reply from the Vancouver Aquarium.

They are just in the process of completing work on a newly renovated gallery.

Will know more the end or June or early July.

Will keep you posted.

I've been back there. It was a hurried tour but quite interesting. Unfortunately our tour guide didn't really have a clue so we just got the "look-see" tour. Good stuff tho.
