Pink fleece pyjamas! Ok, so they're not hot but they are SO cozy!

Rbacchiega 12-28-2008 03:19 AM

my grandma always bakes me a couple dozen (or three) and then gives me some penut brittle as well. I blame her for these love handles I've developed!

Inlaws bought a Wii a while ago, and loved it so much they bought one for each of their daughters. Good thing I married one!

Timmie's gift cards!! We're not really big on big ticket presents for the big people, for us Christmas is for the kids. :) On another note though I'm now in the market for selling my house and moving into a warehouse just to house the ridiculous amount of toy diggers, dumptrucks, bobcats, excavators that the boys got. My house is officially a disaster zone.

Rbacchiega 12-28-2008 09:19 PM

Christmas here seems to be more for the pets and children as well. My dog got a new bed, some chew toys and treats...my tortoises are getting a new room...yep room. It measures about 8X12 and will have lots of burrows, heat bulbs etc. They'll need it when they're pusing 200 lbs (in a couple years LOL)

EmilyB 12-28-2008 10:07 PM

The dogs scored big time here as well. I finally got Spore, it's been on my wish list for a while...

Chowder 12-29-2008 12:53 AM

Same for us...Christmas is for the kids. The TW(Trophy Wife) and myself said no gifts this years between the two of us. So Lincoln(8 month old son) bought her a diamond necklace.. and I got a GC for Timms too, that will keep me rolling in coffee for quite awhile. Lincoln was a little spoiled from us as it was his first Christmas and neither grandparents are really into spoiling their grandkids. Even our fur kid got a new ball, some stuffed teddys, and s bunch of bull sticks..

What!? Isn't that what grandparents are for? I know my grandparents spoiled me rotten and my Mom spoils my sisters kids like crazy! I've never heard of a grandparent that didn't spoil their grand kid, at least a little bit. Heck, I even spoiled my oldest niece and got her an ipod for Christmas.
