Sweet sun coral, Connie. Also love the clam - he is so very blue. You will be happy to know the 28 gallon saltwater tank you sold me in November is still running and you would not even recognize it now.
My wild clowns have started spawning behaviour! |
thanks
Karen- I missed my little tank.. so now i have a new one..yipee post pix of it!!! |
I will one day soon, Connie. We just figured out how to post pictures on the computer not long ago. Now I of course want to perfect the aquascaping in all of them before doing the pictures.
I wish I had more time to spend on my fish! |
Very nice Connie!
Question about the sun corals - are they coming out during the day for you or did you have to take that picture after "sundown" ? |
tony they open and close during the day.
I am feeding them cyclopeze. at night then after feeding it stays open for a few hours... |
|
|
Are you spot feeding the sun coral? If so do you just feed each head with a chunk of cyclopeeze? or take the sun coral out in a small container and just throw in a wack of cyclopeeze.
|
i squirt a bit of cyclopeeze in the water- it opens right away. then just use a turkey baster and feed it. while polyps are open
i feed every few days. it also eats frozen mysis. this one is open alot with the lights on. |
What lighting are you using on your tank and is the sun coral in direct light.
Thanks Super7 |
