Maggie Muffler

Anyone know anywhere to get a 1.5" one in Canada? New or used? Thanks.

Ryanerickson 08-26-2014 04:36 AM

I can look tomorrow I have one somewhere

Jaws 08-26-2014 04:45 AM

That would be awesome. Thanks.

blue world used to have them on their website, no idea if they still carry them though. Interesting concept, if you get one let me know how they work, I can't fit any of my old plumbing in my overflow box so I just have the pipe and its getting annoying.

I grabbed their last one. I had two on my old setup and they were great I thought. I need one, maybe two more for the new setup.

oh awesome, I'll have to put it on my amazon list then :)

Unfortunately I can only find them in the US and it's $45 for shipping.

christyf5 08-26-2014 06:23 PM

Yeah its nuts. I found them on amazon.com with 4.99 for shipping. We're heading down to seattle in November so I'll just have them shipped to one of those mailbox places.

I don't know what they usually sell for but you can get them on Ebay for about $30 including shipping.

christyf5 08-27-2014 02:07 AM

they're $18.99 at amazon and some other sw online stores in the US. Shipping is a bit nuts to canada though but reasonable within the US.

That's usually the case these days. However a lot of places are just making money on shipping to Canada. I've been quoted shipping rates on a same item from the states and it ranged from $10 to $60. I had one interesting transaction from an Ebay store were the US seller actually credited my Paypal account back $1.79 for overage on the quoted shipping charge.

Yup, whenever I'm going to the US I order and have items delivered to my hotel. Pick it up when I arrive. A lot of amazon .com stuff ships free in US.

Ryanerickson 08-28-2014 05:01 AM

Jaws 08-28-2014 05:06 AM
