& as a side note. This isn't directly my tank.. This is my dad's, he along with the rest of us have been working our As*** off on this thing... Thanks for the comments & the appreciation!

For a young tank sure looks great...

We put a lot of time into it... Testing everyday to make sure out parameters are exactly where we want them.. Our husbandry skills, in my opinion - are to be applauded! (Not tickling my own pickle). We just work day & night around this aquarium to make sure nothing goes south.. As I'm sure more aquarists would & do! Thank you for your compliment (: Sent from my iPhone 5s using Tapatalk |

It all looks fine and I mean fine. ..but must say that Achilies tang would look best in my newest tank...as I have been looking for a healthy specimen for a while now:biggrin:
|
Haha.. The Achilles is my Favorite! She is a queen! Very healthy, eating like a pig! She gets bullied a little bit by our Powder Blue, which is weird considering she's half the size! She thrives in our reef (:.

The achilles is super cool. With such a new tank, what if anything, are you doing to make sure all your fish are healthy, eating etc?
Also really love that clown trigger. What corals are they known to eat? |

We do water change 1-2 times a week, we test EVERYTHING every 1-2 days.. We keep everything clean, we dose, we feed: Mices, & seaweed. We have one hell of a cleanup crew as well. Carbon reactor, phosphate reactor, awesome reef octopus skimmer, 3 filter socks.. We keep our parameters 100% in check! As for the clown trigger, he doesn't even nip & any of our corals.. He gets fed well.. He's just like a tang in there, no problems eating coral or inverts. Awesome fish, if you can keep him well fed & happy.. I would recommend anyone to get one for their reef.. Great addition! Sent from my iPhone 5s using Tapatalk |

I noticed you have seahorses as well in the tank. How are they doing? How is the flow in the tank.
|
They're in the refuge. Along with a box fish, some gorgonias, a starfish & some frags. There's minimal flow in our refuge. They are all doing well, eating lots, very active!
