What the heck happened there?!
We were 33km outside of Kelowna in the middle of nowhere when the radiator blew on my blazer and no cell phone service......nobody was going to stop to help even when we were standing in the middle of the road waving our arms.....I suppose I should be thankful they didn't just run us over
Jeez Marie, that musta been an expensive trip.

The tank is now in place but the whole plumbing thing is a complete mystery to me so expect a phone call at some point  http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...l/P5130077.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...l/P5130082.jpg |
good plan with the crane
PSSST, Your pulleys aren't equidistant from the edges LMAO
ugghh, the mysteries of plumbing.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...l/P5200088.jpg I have set up the plumbing in the overflow the way it was set up before.......could someone please explain to me the concept? I get the returns and the main overflow to the sump with a ball valve attached but why 2 emergency overflow pipes, both the same height. There are 5 holes drilled into the overflow 2 smaller and 3 large is there a better way to do this? anybody want to come over and do it for me  |

Wouldn't it be better if the emergency pipes were different heights though? The final pipe being kind of a last ditch effort to save the floor? |
if you want you can do that with a final please dont flood my house hieght it may be a good idea in my opinion as long as your comfortable with this
Yes, you can cut one of them a bit shorter if you wanted to. However, the height difference between the reg. & emergency standpipes isn't that much so I would personally leave it. Should work fine with no mod.
I've had it explained to me so that it all makes sense.......Thanks Paul
as long as your at the "I can still change something" phase, you may wanna consider swapping the ball valve for a gate valve.....you will save handfuls of hair with one:wink:
