Dry rock at Bulk Reef Supply

Bulk reef supply sells "eco rock" which is dry rock. They say they can only ship one type to Canada because the others have high tarrifs and fees....

Anyone know why?

I might supplement my tank with half dry rock and half live.

$185 for fiji but then getting close to what you pay for live rock in some cases.

I've bought about 100 lbs of fiji premium dry rock and it is very porous. High quality rock
