Just picked this little scooter up today at Blue Water. Hard to take nice pic's through a Bow Front tank and I am in no way any good at photography but I did use my wife's Canon Rebel XTI.

thanks Levi! You saved me quite a few keystrokes and mouse clicks! :D |
thats a great shot of the mandrin but it is not a goby nor a blenny. otherwise its an easy win with the mandarin dragonet.
unless this contest is based on common names. |

Nothing in this hobby is ever easy :(
You pose an interesting point though. It is not a goby but it is called a goby.. So what does that mean ? :-). On top of that I am pretty sure they don't speak a word of Mandarin. At least not any of the ones i've met! |
I think we can let Common names in on this. So Dragonetts are good for this contest

Here's my Amblyeleotris steinitzi standing guard. Unfortunately the pistol shrimp partner, Alpheus bellulus was no where to be seen. Don't know if this qualifies but the pistol shrimp finally came out. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y14...n/P4081406.jpg |

Well, keep in mind.. no fancy camera here... this is a 7.2MP Sony Cybershot DSC-W80, with auto setting one with flash. Lawnmower was camera shy and intern I enjoyed the outcome of the shot. Hope you do too.
