I'm going to suggest a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Beyond that I'm open to whatever venue or date.

So, a couple of things..

1. Concept Aquariums has generously stepped in to offer door prizes to be given away at our meet! Thanks DAVE! Details to be announced later.

2. I'm wondering if this Saturday November 29th is too short notice ? Would people prefer the following Saturday December the 6th? Or does no one care ? Straw poll ? The time won't change. It'll be from 1:30-3:30 (ish).

29th is better for me, its my mudders bday next weekend and I don't think she'd appreciate me skipping out!!!

We don't know yet! Still working on that.

But it does sound like this Saturday the 29th works best for most people. So let's say this Saturday it is, from 1:30 to 3:30 (ish). Place to be determined shortly. I suspect it will either be at MugShots in Ogden/Inglewood or that Buffalo Wild Wings place up by 32ave. I'm leaning towards MugShots.

Is mugshotz the place that is 18+?

I will try to make it, which location (hopefully north lol) and also i haven't met anyone, how will i know what you all look like?

So a few things.

1. I am going to move the meeting up half an hour to 1pm. Arrive whenever, and stay as long as you'd like, but the door prize raffle will be at 2:00 (more on this later) !

2. Our last meet was at the North location, so in all fairness, I think we will have this next one at the South location. Here's the address:

3. Concept Aquariums has generously offered up 3 door prizes to be raffled off at the meet. Everyone who attends (except for me) by 2pm will have their names put into a bucket. 3 names will be drawn out of the bucket for the 3 donated door prizes (Vertex RO/DI unit, Jebao WP40, Jebao WP20).

4. I have about 4 or 5 people confirmed to show up so I will get a table for 5. We will try to accommodate but unless you've confirmed (in this thread) to show up I can not guarantee a seat (since we don't know if you're actually coming or not).

5. Oh, and just look for a bunch of reef geeks talking about their tanks. Or if that fails, I will have a giant red winter jacket on the back of my chair. I'll also probably wearing a very geeky reef related shirt.

I plan on coming....but.......I've been sick so will depend how I feel tomorrow.

I just got a assigned a reffing game tomorrow at 1245 so i dont know if i will be able to make it unfortunatly :(

I have two young kids that are always infectious so it doesn't bother me :-)

By the way I have a table in the dining area near the front. Not in the bar area in the back, in case someone is sitting back there :lol:
