What's the secret
What's the secret to taking pictures of the whole tank? I've taken hundreds and have yet to be happy with any. This one the angle is bad but it's the clearest one I've got

tripod?

That is what I found. When you take a picture of a tank with the camera on automatic, the shutter speed is usually very slow. I got a tripod, and found it made a world of difference.

yup definately get a tripod

as above a tripod, and also drape some heavy black fabric over the back of the tank.

Reef photos
If you take the shot with your lights on, try not to use a flash and to under exposing your shot might help a bit. The ultimate is to use a tripod and use a slow shutter speed without a flash, but you will have a hard time taking pictures of moving fish. I hope that helps, Gerry

Don't you hate that. You're proud of your tank and how it looks but you take a picture of it to show someone and it makes it look like crap. Looks like a pretty good pic to me though.
