My wife was pretty good once she figured out she had to eat something ASAP when she got up in the morning. Actually i think the trick was to try to keep some food in your stomach at all times. If you feel 'hungry' it may be too late.

It may not work for everyone but it did help a lot for my wife.

Just asked her actually and she mentioned that she would have breakfast as soon as she woke up then a 2nd breakfast once she got to work. She also had little snacks frequently during the day between regular meals.

My wife said, Ginerale and crackers (duhh... :lol:) also peppermint was a good one like teas and peppermints and things helped.

Almonds...not the chocolate covered ones though. :wink:

Ive gone to running mine through my reefkeeper so this cannot happen anymore.

your gf served me and my hockey team a few weeks back it was funny!! she was like "hello again" and I just said hello! can't believe she remembered us! lol!

My 21yr old daughter is visiting ( she pregnant ) and holding my sons newborn and said the funniest thing ever. " if I break him I will feel so bad cause he's not mine "

I've tried it all except for the breakfast first thing in the morning thing. I'm a breakfast skipper usually. Hopefully that's the trick for me, thanks for the tips guys.

On another note:

I wish we procreated more like chickens. I would be more than happy to lay an egg and sit on it for the next few months. At least then I could still drink wine.

Alberta government is a freakin joke. Upcoming election and would love to see the PC booted, but the wildrose are a bunch of rascists. I think I should run the province and give policies a complete overhaul. ARGH
I say this as I've been dealing with one department for years and have gotten nothing but a run around, zero accountability with anyone. Have been battling hard for 2 years now and no resolution or even attempts to get it right. There are so many departments of the government that are a complete waste of taxpayers money and cause so many of our social issues, further burdening tax payers.

I'm having a really hard time deciding on this elections too. None of the options are what I want for Alberta. Racists or Bigots? Tough choice.

Vote for me....lol, I'm neither!

my personal Opinion but every time I see those NDP sign I just feel like going on a vandalism spree and burning them all.. lol

The bigots promised MRU 150 million in funding, budgets were done up and then a certain party backed out on there promise. The racists get my vote on this one, we get some real nice choices here in Alberta though :neutral:.
