LMAO!!!!
Ok date is now set. Now I know which week the kids will not be eating cuz "daddy spent all the money on corals!!"

I've never been to Rich's house, anyone from Vancouver going who needs a ride? Better to be lost with someone than alone yeah?

I would like to make it, but can't say for sure at this time. It is the Sept long weekend, and we are often at our cabin then. But we'll see... If the weather is crappy, might be home instead.

During the summer, my tanks are mostly on auto pilot, but if/when I get a chance, have some corals that are ready for fragging. And always looking for some new ones...

Love to see you Walter. I don't usually wish for bad weather but in this case I'll make an exception.

Haven't been to a frag swap before, so pardon this stupid question. But when people bring frags, should they be mounted on plugs, or is it OK, just to snip off a branch (SPS) and all in separate bags? I can post/bring pics of the mother colonies.

Bblinks 07-25-2013 03:37 PM

Which ever colony you would like to sell, it would be better if you post it on this thread and see if there is any interest. No point cutting when there is no interest.

Reef Pilot 07-25-2013 04:23 PM

Yeah, would certainly post them here first. But wasn't sure if people preferred the frags on plugs. Myself, I now just break off any SPS that comes on a plug before dipping to help ensure no bugs or eggs.

I am going to have to do some fragging anyway, as I have some corals encroaching on each other, and some are cutting out light for others.

Hey bblinks, thanks for hosting this. I've been waiting for this so long man!
I will sponsor all the refreshment ( water & soft drinks ) if needed.
