Well I also run the exact same system as yours (20 gallon long) and I added my first clownfish on the same day when I received my liverock :P And it's still kicking. So I would leave that up to you to decide. But it is always better to wait a couple of weeks before adding the first fish. I am an impatient person and a risk taker :P

Given that you have atleast T5 lights.

if you have time come get a tester frag from me free of charge , if in a couple of weeks that frag is still kicking and doing well ill set you up with some nicer stuff:)

best to wait untill a cycle is completely finished before adding any fish or corals, once your cycle is finished test your water parameters and add a hardy coral frag(ill give you a indestructable zoo lol )
