Well I've done 2 orders from him in the past, the last order was in March and while it took awhile (it was a pre-order) I did get it fairly quickly. There was a part missing and he said he would ship it the next day but I never got it and didn't get around to pursuing it.
Has anyone heard from him at all? I guess with his phone out theres not much means of communicating with him. He was on the board on June 1 so I'm sure he has an idea that people aren't happy with him. |
I was just going to send you a pm,christy :) No he's in hiding and no emails or pm's from me or paypal have been responded too.Just recieved my filters and di from BRS,cost me more money,but only took a week.

Just wanted to give everybody an update. If you guys paid through paypal, start a ticket. It took about 2 weeks. But since this scammer didn't respond, I was covered under the paypal protection.. They refunded my money.
I think the forum should seriously think about removing his ads, so no one else will go through this BS |

Agreed this is unfortunate. Too bad since I purchased my system from this vendor several years ago and had no problem, so have also mentioned him as a possible source in a few threads. Sometimes bad things happen with a business, but you'd think he could provide some explanation as to what the problem is. He has to know this isn't helping his business.

This is too bad. I ordered my unit last fall and it came, was banged up a bit from shipping and he replaced the metal mounting bracket for me. I was happy with the transaction.
Unit works great!. Maybe he's had some kind of family issue? But he should really keep his customers updated if this is the case... Update: According to one of the GTA forums, he's really busy in the summer with Irrigation. So maybe this explains the slow/lack of responses... |
