I'm weak.....
I waited a few days to allow other hobbyists a fair chance to purchase the remaining anemone at the LFS.....it was still floating in a basket when I got there. I need therapy.

#throwbackthursday :
I came across this photo looking at one of my older hard drives. I think this picture is from around 2003 or 2004 as I've been in my current house since 2004 and this is my 72g bowfront from before I moved. The ritteri anemone (Heteractis magnifica) was about 20-24" in diameter. I sold it around 2009 or so after having had it nearly a decade in my care. Attachment 12774 |

Delphinus - Beautiful Ritteri. A decade?!? That's awesome.
ToshAlexandra - Great addition. Is that 1 Bubbletip or 2? Or is it 1 positioned in a crevice that makes it look like 2? Very cool....maybe you'll have a clone on your hands soon ;) |
Just one, its riding a hump so looks like 2! He doesn't need to split but I've got a rose and a rainbow that are getting huge and I just keep hoping they will split soon or they are going to have to go up for adoption!!
