I didn't have to contact anybody. Ray at Reef Supplies sent me a link to Hanna's website and I just put the lot number in. (Ray looks after his customers!) It said my tester was one of the lots affected and I just had to enter my mailing address.

(Emails went unanswered) I filled that form out back in January and just received my replacements just over a week ago. I still have not got my replacement and none of the links to the form work anymore. Does anyone have an email address for them?
Getting tired of waiting and thinking about going to an LFS to buy some but how do I know if I am getting a good batch? |
