Total system volume will be close to 530 gals when done. 3 display tanks ( 300 gal, 60 gal & 35 gal) 2 sumps ( 100 gal & 35 gal ) all in one huge wall unit.

Lots of work.


I'll stick to my 6 gal for now. Huge 15 gal sump. :)

To do or not to do........or should I say to start or not start my 300 gal tank journal...........as it will be a bit of a long build to completely finished.

Just update the new journal every week with highlights.

Might not be anything to update weekly though. I don't like a tank journey that starts with lots of stuff then goes dry with mindless post if you get my drift.

Progress photos at minimum. Build threads are nice to go through but some threads almost look like they consume as much time preparing and updating as the build its self.

bi-weekly...if not that...then tri-weekly. :biggrin:

Very true jorjef, it's a very complex build with 3 displays, 2 sumps, 4 piece stand, WC system & so much more.

What the hell I think I will kick off a journal tomorrow evening.

or you could take my approach and update every couple months or so?:razz:
