Off to Walmart I go, luckily its open 24/7 right now... I've been up since 2:30am but mammas sick so its up to dadda tonight to keep this little one comfy, poor bugger can't even nurse cause she can't breathe through her nose.. I just wish I could make her feel better... :( poor little Ava..

Have you tried hydrasense (aka saline solution)? I've had very good luck with it in the past when my son was congested. Nursing a congested baby is hell. If you don't want to run out and buy hydrasense there are plenty of recipes to make it online however it must be used within 3 days or so.

Yeah we tried that too. The vaporizer did the trick though or maybr it was the Vicks on the feet lol. But now I'm sick so its their turn to baby me :P

Should try it with the older model Reefkeeper 2.

Wonder which person sat in some office thinking that procedure up..

I found it fairly easy with my Pinpoint monitor

Its not for everyone. I tried it out, hated my peers and the sudden onset of snobbery that came with acceptance. I would regret never having tried it, but certainly do not regret for a moment leaving it behind.

if it was easy everyone would be doing it.

Nice to see I'm not the only unhappy DA user
I've installed a Pinpoint probe on my RKE - here's to hoping it lasts longer than the OE garbage one ...

Maybe one day I'll run across an A.M. monitor

I use a Pinpoint probe also. My RK2 is pretty old, so cant complain to much. Still does its job, just cant see screen hardly anymore and the previously mentioned probe calibration.

Sounds like it's time for an upgrade, but I won't recommend what controller to buy as they are all so pricey

sounds like it is time to shut everything down. Have not done a water change in a month now and my coral are suffering. Damn it
