Exactly. Not like that other Hail Ceasar site. All that guy does is takes sponsors money and puts in in his pocket. The site hasn't improved in 5-6 years.

At least people here add to the community, as they are less scrutinized by the 'elite' users or mods. A ton of people don't post on the other site because they are afraid and/or don't want to be bothered.

Originally a Northern Ontario boy that got into reefing while I lived out in Sudbury. Moved up to Ottawa two years back for work, super happy with some of the LFS, which is good because i've got a 6' 150 that needs some setting up.

Just a quick Hi form Russell Ontario just outside of Ottawa. This site is my other go to site other than RC. Its a great site. I have just been a lurker for while. Hopefully will have some more post soon as I am hopefully upgrade to a huge tank it all goes well this weekend.

Hi everyone on Canreef.

This is my first post on here so I shall introduce myself.

Im Josiah Trickett and have 3+ years experience in the salty world, currently reefing with my Diy 3G pico of 7+ months young. Living in Kingston, Ont makes finding quality reef everything most of the time a little hard but I have made a few fantastic friends and meet amazing people. Lately Ive been involved in a side project while Im attending College for my bachelor's degree in business administration. My project is to build up a small online retail biz that supplies salt loving aquarists with high quality reef lights at great prices with cutomer service everyone deserves. In due time I would like to become a valued member and sponser here with Canreef and help as many people with questions about their reefs as possable. I enjoy helping :) Anyways I hope that your family may accept me into your lives as a positive role model and friend to everone here!

Becareful if what you wish :) There are already two of those similar LFS operation around your area. But if you can sell it to the student bodies, that's an untapped market on its own :P

Which is mostly Ontario members much easier for frag swaps, sales of equipment etc.
This forum is great for fast response to questions you have.

Hello I am 56 and live in Georgetown Ontario. I have 40 years experience in tropical fish and have finally decided to take the plunge into saltwater.
