I don't think I will be running the 150w more than four hours a day. It will be neat to see if I get improved growth with the lower k lighting. Time will tell

oooo that sucks!!! What actually happened?

Ginu 12-06-2013 06:00 PM

Ouch... it doesn't look too bad and I think its not a easy fix but doable, not sure about fixing before the dinner party though.

And there is also a ton of upside, tank fail > RoDi fail; I rather deal with freshwater over saltwater on the floors...

Good luck with the cleanup, it looks like part of the CUC is ready to help.

To all you who think laminate or any other floating floor will look nice in you kitchen don't do it . This is my second flood in five years .Thank god I had some leftover flooring I had two boards left after I was done re installing. In regards to how this flood happened will lets just say I clam all responsibility. Oh well lesson learned now its party time :drinking:

OH wow! it took you less than a day to fix all that? You work fast  Everytime I see a RO DI failure I cringe a little cause deep down inside I know I myself let out a few gallons or more onto carpet. Good thing for for wet vacs.
