I wish to thank all that showed up to make this event a success, and I would like to give a shout out to Mother Nature for giving us a day we can work with. This event would not be anything if it wasn’t for the support from the participants, volunteers & sponsors.
Looks like we grew about 30% from last year. This event can only get larger. A big thanks to all the following (In no particular order); Our sponsors;
My staff, for putting up with me;
The volunteers;
Air Bounce Attendants;
And especially the cooks;
Hopefully everyone that attended had a good time. FragFest 3 is just around the corner, start thinking about setting up your frag tanks soon, and what ever surplus equipment you may have. One persons junk, is another’s start up equipment for another. Remember, FragFest is just the event name, the concept is buy sell trade all aquarium based items. We need more participants, and the ones that did bring frags and surplus equipment noted that they were cleaned out in minutes. Nice to have our hobby/addiction, pay a bit for themselves, or at least clear out some space in the basement or garage and keep your significant other happy. Thanx Ken for hosting such a great event... My wife had a great time so in turn I had a great time...and I came home with some things I didn't know I needed until I found them there...can't wait until the next one :thumb:

On a sad note...After the FragFest
After one of our Purple Nudi's were sold to Raimie eventhough he knew the one left would be heartbroken, as they were seen frolicking together for a week.

The frag fest was awsome!! This was the first time we went and all I can say is wow!! We got some really nice frags and a few other tank related stuff. Well worth the money we spent. So excited for next years fest :biggrin:
