I was going to order from him again but if this is still happening no dam way

I have tried a couple times to get through to him, same thing no response whatsoever.....my last frags from him are doing great and I really wanted some more.

Burc seems to only be ignoring those who are talking negatively about him... the fragalot GB to edmonton just got sent and they got a reply from him...so he is still coming onto canreef just ignoring the thread in his sponsor catagory and all the PMs regarding the replacements..imo very bad business practise and definitely lost me as a future potential customer... with all the negative comments targeting him and his attitude towards the issue, i am starting to doubt that we will be getting our replacements for DOA or missing frags

imisky what makes you think that he still comes on the forum ?? check his profile,it's been weeks.

its true i didnt check his profile, my assumption was based on the fact that the GB for edm got a reply from him with a tracking number yesterday. for all we know his in invis mode, but im not going to say he is because i dont know, dont want to blame the guy if he isnt doing that.

my point was hes still doing this and its quite messed up to ignore people who had handed him money and is waiting for the products, or in our instance ignoring the DOA and missing pieces and not honoring his own policies...not saying he wont..just looks that way from him ignoring us.

one thing for sure is that he updated his frags special page. I have yet to receive a reply from him.

Yes i seen that last nite,he posted that it had been updated on aquarium pros,he's been active on that site lately.

Maybe you guys should post over there to see if you can get his attention.

Looking at the date of the postings and the fact that he doesn't reply often, it makes no difference :) I did post over there but I wanted to post here so everyone in the group order can be updated about any info.

Haven't heard anything either. Don't bother showing up at my door expecting the order today. Anther day wasted rearranging my schedule to pick up the order. Oh well.

Ok. Long day but only one more bag of frags to give out tonight. Whew.

I must say that the frags came in good condition & Fedex was actually on time (arrived around 10:30am), so a much better experience this time.

everything was alive this time, however, I didnt get a single piece I ordered....lol

i'm glad ppl's frags were in a lot better condition than before. Thank you so much Anthony for putting aside some time to receive the frags :) and thank you to Burc for making this right.

Mine were all in excellent condition. Two were not what I ordered but they are the items that now have the same number on the new specials page (you were right Anthony) well one i am not too sure what it is to be honest. but I had ordered mostly zoas and got some nice mini colonies and they were opened right away in the tank after about an hours worth of acclimating. Thank you Anthony for waiting for me, sorry it took so long.
