ive been looking on the internet for a bottom like that but i havent been able to find one can you please send me a link to where u found the info
the tank looks good thanks |
I assume you mean how to build one? If so I would have to look. I just thought that one up.
I remember seeing some aquarists doing starboard with a gravel cover, on The Reef Tanks, advanced forum. I have also seen a few on RC and Reef sanctuary done in some form of a similar fashion. Several have poured some type of mixture right on the bottom, but thats not for me. We need "Super Link Bev", here. I,m bad with links but can try find you some if that what you're looking for. |

I only keep links that are of interest to me  A BB tank to me is one with only glass on the bottom. You guys gotta find those links yourselves, I'm afraid  Now, if you want reef chemistry links, I'm the go-to person for sure  |
 Very nice Doug!
I really like the faux silicone/sand bottom. It sure doesn't take you long to get something set up - wow, you work fast! I've been puttering along for the past two months, trying to get my display tank wired (finally done!) and plumbed  Getting really sick of it sitting in the middle of my living room... Can't wait to see more pics as your tank progresses  ~Tamara |
