Sounds good. Thanks for the offer. For sure, come on by for those palys.

6) When two members make an identical "winning" bid on the same minute, the auction will remain open for these two bidders only for a bidding war - until a winning bid is achieved. At this time, if a bidder fails to post a bid increase within 24 hours, that bidder is considered resigned from the auction.

So do we do that as both Albert and Spitfire had identical bids at 7:59 or does it go to Albert who bid 145 at 8:00pm? Could someone with authority rule on this?

Sorry I'm late to the party - was traveling.

To clarify the rule, the bidding was open only to Albert and Spitfire as of 8:00 since they both made identical winning bids at 7:59 pm (the last minute of the auction). Albert made a bid of $145 and Spitfire failed to bid again within 24 hours.

Albert gave up his win to Spitfire, but the seller can hold Albert responsible for his $145 winning bid. It's up to the seller how he'd like to handle it which it appears he's already done. :)
