You have some great corals, any FTS? |

The purple tipped one is Acropora nana I believe, I don't have a common name for it. I didn't get it from Snappy. Funny thing is that when I acquired it the whole piece was a deep rich purple, and it has lightened to its current state. I prefer how it looks now. I have plenty of purple.
The peachy/grey one with the green tips may be Acropora horrida. Tough to tell until it grows up. It is often called Alien Freckles or Alien Eye Acro. I got my piece from Fragalot, but Snappy carries this one too. :) Thanks for the comments Christy! I don't have any super recent FTS. I post my most recent FTS at the top of page one. I think that one is from October...? |
I visited Kelly at The Reef Shoppe yesterday and picked up:
~ Purpley-blue Acropora lokani with light neon green polyps ~ Red Acropora jacquelineae (?) ~ WICKED navy blue mille with green corallites and reddish polyps ~ pointy-tipped neon green body birdnest with brownish polyps ~ blunt-tipped birdnest with whitish polyps http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k4.../Dec920096.jpg http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k4.../Dec920092.jpg |
Mindy,
I keep looking for a full tank shot. |
I just tried taking some. I suck at it. I will post the best one.

Your pictures are great, not sure what you are talking about.

Thanks, but the FTS aren't any good. I can never get them to focus or balance the colors well. My SPS need to grow out.

Your corals from Kelly are amazing and we need a recent F.T.S.
