Agreed.

I got all my corals and an extra Acan to boot. Payment was easy and communication was fast.

However some of the corals could have been a bit better in quality...

These I'm sure will colour up more once given some time. That's always been my experience with shipped corals. The order arrived okay for me except one zoa frag was doa which Burc is replacing.

3/5 are from Fragalot. 2 pictured are the same as above and the third from Fragalot is the Snow Storm Favia on the bottom right(it was a previous purchase and is my favourite favia).

PS - can't remember who else ordered the silver rose zoas but I'd love it if you'd please keep me in mind for for a frag once they grow. They were my doa and Burc was sold out so I couldn't get another at this time.

No it's not a new order, I stupidly forgot to submit an order. Dawns DOA shipped along with it. And the said person who's order I forgot added a few items!!! Another order in a month!!!!

If you were talking about me, I was not "Unhappy" I'm sorry if I came up that way. I simply posted what came to me.

I am however VERY happy with the stuff that came without problems. Also that I emailed BURC about the mix ups, and there was a very cooperative polite response to fix the problem within 10 minutes.

I am very happy how easy that was to deal with the problem. I would order from Burc again. There is nothing better then good customer service and a quick response and responsibility to fix a mistake. This all being said, I would deal with Burc again for these reasons.

SO.... just talked to burc... says another shipment is coming in thursday, site wi8ll be updated this weekend... another order next week anyone?! lol
