I know it's on everyones most hated list, but if you had two or three Yellow tail blue Damsels and nothing else....... the blue could look super neon under the right lights...

I have 3 of these and love them. Problem with these guys is I started with 16. They tend to like killing each other

thanks. trouble maker

Seriously though, even though I don't conform to the 200 gal plus for a tang crowd I couldn't justify one in a 30 gal tank, unless it was a very small one, but then I am not planning on getting a bigger tank when it gets bigger so it would be irresponsible of me to get one in the first place.

I was thinking of a coral beauty (some one mentioned a dwarf angel) as I have had good luck with one before in respect to the corals, but I don't know how they are in very high flow conditions. maybe I might have to drop the tank flow to under 100X turnover.

well I was looking at about 4500gph in a 30 gal tank. but it will be through out the tank and no jetting, more of a mass water movment

Why on earth would you want that in a 30g??

4-stripe damsels. They looks fantabulous with sps and I'm sure they can handle your flow. I also think they're quite attractive.

tidal simulation, also the higher flow you can produce with out jetting increases the health and color of your corals assuming everything else is adiquite also.
