That picture is about 2 months old. The cap has now grown up around the base and it looks like the acro is growing right out of the cap. The only fightimg is the new cap growth that reaches the acro's branches. Acro's will always win hands down over montipora, so then the monti just starts to plate away from the acro. So far so good. |
