Well I am new to the hobby, and am an air traffic controller!!!!!!!!1

I,m just a bum, so have to keep downsizing. :sad:

I am a marine engineering technician in the Navy, getting spec2 pay and sea pay. problem is the equivalent civilian counter part is making over 100K a year for the same thing and doesn't have to deploy. don't get me wrong we are making way better money than we did in the late 80's early 90's but this is the reason they are not atracting enuf people to keep my trade at the numbers they want.
